Angelina Spicer came into the world destined to be a high achiever. She
was born with "The New York fire in her eyes," as mentioned by Adam
Lieblein, President of Acme Talent Agency. Her gene pool stems from a
family of artistry. Her grandmother a classical pianist, her aunt a
professional dancer and her father a writer, composer and musician.
Angelina is the eldest daughter of hip-hop pioneer Jimmy Spicer. At the
mere age of five, Angelina had the eloquence and beauty of Vanessa
Williams and the presence of Angela Bassett. Angelina began her career as
a ballet dancer and performer and soon expressed an interest in Acting.
Angelina's ability to act was affirmed by HB Studios in New York City and
was soon was cast by Robi Reed in the 1994 motion picture movie "Crooklyn"
directed by Spike Lee. Angelina continued her formal training as an
actress at a prestigious high school of performing arts in Atlanta, where
she won numerous awards and accolades for best performance, and best
actress.
Angelina's academic talents and performance are just a part of her well
roundedness. After several humanitarian trips to Africa, she was invited
to speak at the United Nations to discuss cultural diversity. Following
the conference, Angelina was featured in the New York Times, and quoted by
Linda Richardson as a "Global Student". Angelina has earned many awards,
some of which were given by New York City Mayor David Dinkins, New York
State Governor Mario Cuomo, and Kings County Democratic Chairman, Clarence
Norman, for her commitment to excellence and her dedication to community
service.
While humanitarian service is important, it's performing that revives her
spirit. Angelina prides herself on her ability to create characters of all
genres and lifestyles. Although very striking, Angelina was able to use
her vibrant sassy personality to play the daughter of Emmy award winning
actress, Cicely Tyson in "Mama Flora's Family," written by Alex Haley
which aired on CBS. Also while working closely with Blair Underwood,
Angelina was inspired to pursue collegiate studies in acting. Later she
enrolled in the Fine Arts program at Howard University, where she
graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts. Angelina's
alumnae's remember the tenacious, assertive and confident Angelina. She is
also known for her astonishing personality, poise and dazzling hazel eyes.
During Angelina's cum laude awards ceremony, her professor Al Freeman Jr.
reminded her "there is no substitution for being prepared."
Angelina's ability to speak Spanish gave her an opportunity to study in
Cadiz, Spain. While attending high school in Spain, Angelina studied
Flamenco dancing with the international dancer Isabel Rodriguez. Shortly
thereafter, Angelina was selected to dance for the Mayor of Cadiz and
elected officials at the closing ceremony of Nacel International. Her
vigorous rhythmic dance captivated the audience that created widespread
media blitz. Though Angelina's contours might mimic that of a professional
dancer, it's her yoga and vegetarian disciplines that help create her
athletic appearance.
Angelina's determination drove her to Los Angeles. She arrived in Los
Angeles, with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree, her SAG card and her
sleeves rolled up. Shortly after her arrival, she landed a role in a
Hollywood play, which she debuted in off-Broadway. While talent and
determination is not enough, dedication is what keeps her dream alive.
Most recently, while studying at Black Nexus Inc. and the Groundlings
Theater School, Angelina was featured in the new E! Channel television
show - Fight For Fame. Although she was not chosen to sign a contract
with Acme Talent Agency, she gave an outstanding and most memorable
performance.
Angelina's fight for fame didn't stop there. She continues to fight to
become the best artist that she can be. Angelina was featured as the
February's Isabella of the Month in the Who Is Isabella.com online

career, travels, and community service. She was also highlighted in the
February-March edition of Back Stage West magazine. The "triple-threat
